Дом 47А по ул.Ленинградской - первый крупнопанельный дом, построенный в Чите. Правда, панельный он только на два этажа - третий и четвертый. А первый и второй - кирпичные. Помню фотографию нашего дома в местной газете "Забайкальский рабочий". Тогда мы и узнали, что наш дом - первый панельный дом в Чите.
